Your dream mountain vacation, between sports and relaxation and in all seasons, becomes a reality in the PRADA LAAX apartment! This cozy two-bedroom apartment is located in a modern building just a short walk from the gondola lift, whose cable car can also be used all year round for walking and hiking.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, furnished with a large 5-seater sofa for chatting and watching movies with friends; in front of it, there is the dining area with a table for 5/6 people and the brand new red kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. From this room you can access the private patio, overlooking the large condominium lawn, with a small table and chairs to enjoy the sun during nice days.

There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one with two bunk beds, making the apartment perfect for families and groups of friends up to 6 people. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The building has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a room for storing snow sports equipment (skis, snowboards, sleds, etc.).



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a private parking space in the condominium garage. (max height: 2.00m)

Laax is a mountain resort known in particular for its fun slopes that attract skiers but especially snowboarders from all over the world: here you will find four snowparks and the largest halfpipe in all of Europe. Its ski resort covers more than 200 kilometers of slopes, from the easiest to the most difficult, with a total of 28 lifts. Nearby Flims offers an extensive network of trails and slopes, for walkers and cross-country skiers. The apartment is within walking distance from the ski lifts, in a neighborhood with several restaurants and bars. Here are some of the main points of interest in Laax: the Laaxersee, a mountain lake with crystal-clear waters, a perfect summer destination for swimming and more; Limbo Park, a covered water park with pools and water slides; Trail 103, a wonderful scenic hiking trail that crosses the ski slopes; the Freestyle Academy, a year-round indoor arena that offers a range of sports such as climbing, free running, freestyle and skateboarding.



How to arrive:

By car, you can reach Laax in 30 minutes from Chur, 1 hour 45 minutes from Zurich. If you are coming from Zurich or Basel, follow the A3/A13 motorway towards Chur and exit at Reichenau (No. 18). Then take route 19 and you will reach Laax in about 30 minutes.

By plane, there is a shuttle bus service from Zurich and Basel airports.

By train, international train connections stop in Chur, from where you can take bus No. 81 for 23 stops and get off at the \"Bergbahnen\" stop.
