Haus Sanchi

This holiday home, renovated in 2014, is located in the small town of Vinez not far from Labin, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Rabac.



The holiday home offers space for up to eight people and is divided into a total of 2 separate residential units, each of which has its own entrance.



Each of the two residential units has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Privacy is therefore always guaranteed, even for larger travel groups.



Each of the 4 bedrooms is 15 m2 in size and has a spacious double bed and a private bathroom.



All 4 bathrooms are identically designed and equipped, which is why you only see 1 photo of the bathroom.



On request, children's beds can be added to the double rooms.



Outdoor area

The garden area with the 40m2 private pool and the outdoor shower invites you to relax on the sun loungers. Right next to the pool there is a pretty loggia with a grill and comfortable seating. Here you can enjoy the warm summer evenings perfectly with a homemade BBQ.



The green lawn around the house offers enough space to play badminton, football or volleyball.



Location:

House Sanchi is in close proximity to Labin city center. Restaurants, bars and large shopping centers can be reached quickly and easily in just 5 minutes by car. You can reach the nearest bakery in just 7 minutes on foot. The popular beach of Rabac can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.



Please note that for organizational reasons, check-in cannot take place until 4:00 p.m. at the earliest.
