Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die MitarbeiterInnen vom Appartement Service sind sehr freundlich und haben auf Anfragen bzw. Wünsche umgehend reagiert. Hier noch mal ein großes Lob und danke schön. Die Wohnung an für sich ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sie war sauber und alles war ordentlich. Dies hat uns sehr gefallen. Evtl. wäre eine normale Kaffeemaschine eine Investition wert. :) ansonsten nimmt man eben die Senseo taps. Die Betten im zweiten Zimmer sollten mal erneuert werden (aktuell ist dort ein Rollrost und eine recht dünne Matratze-man liegt sehr hart) , dies sagte ich den beiden vom Service bereits persönlich und sie wollten es an den Besitzer umgehend weiterleiten. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung total zentral, man läuft ca. 200 Meter zum Strand. Leider gibt es nicht direkt vor der Wohnung einen Stellplatz was in der Innenstadt von Laboe bedeutet , dass du zahlen musst oder nur eine Stunde stehen darfst. Der Service gab uns einen Stellplatz für das Auto weiter weg. Was wirklich sehr gut zu erlaufen war. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung recht wohl und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

2. Urlaub in dieser Wohnung, wie immer alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre gute, großzügige Raumaufteilung und die gehobene Ausstattung. Zentral gelegen ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Super Wohnung, aber…

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, nahe am Hafen, dicht am Strand, aber wenn man ein Fenster öffnet, schaut man entweder auf eine Wand, Abstand 1 m, oder auf das Nachbarhaus, Abstand 3 m, oder auf die Straße. Das haben wir in der Beschreibung vorher nicht gefunden. Schade.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung im EG mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und allem, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko: Balkon auf Augenhöhe der Spaziergänger, kein Parkplatz, aufgrund der zentralen Lage etwas laut. Insgesamt perfekt für Familien (mit Hund).

Es war toll, nach längerer "Laboe Pause" mal wieder 2 wunderschöne Wochen dort zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war, selbst mit Handicap, perfekt! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein großer Dank geht an die Herren Rothöft, die mir einen Duschhocker besorgt hatten! Die Lage ist super, man ist flott überall: beim Hafen, Strand, Bäcker... Einziges allgemeines Manko ist, dass kein Supermarkt mehr direkt in Laboe ist! SKY oder früher auch SPAR im Oberdorf waren perfekt fußläufig erreichbar. Vielleicht überdeckt der Gemeinderat die Situation für Laboer, besonders Senioren, und Touristen einmal

Die reine Urlaubsidylle

Tolle Wohnung, man fühlt sich in dieser wirklich sehr geräumigen Wohnung sofort wohl. Alles ist wie gewohnt sehr sauber und es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sehr praktisch ist der kleine Balkon und die riesige Dusche. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und praktisch (Waschmaschine/Geschirrspüler) eingerichtet, so dass man den Urlaub wirklich genießen kann.
