"Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023! "

"Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på vej til Berlin. Vi ankom 2 min efter personalet var gået, men så hang der et telefonnummer på døren, som vi skulle ringe til. En venlig mand guidede os til en nøgleboks, hvor vores værelsesnøgle lå, og derefter kunne han via overvågningskameraer guide os rundt om bygningen og frem til vores værelse. "Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."
