"Wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts , sehr zentral gelegen, auf dem schönen kleinen Balkon durften wir am Nachmittag/ Abend die Sonne genießen...wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief reibungslos , wir wurden sogar noch vorher angerufen, dass wir etwas früher in die Ferienwohnung könnten. Alles insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen."

Da wir ja auch die Sonne mitgepachtet hatten konnten wir täglich auf's Sonnendeck die Seele baumeln lassen. Fazinierend ist auch die Lage, an der Hafenein und ausfahrt gab es immer etwas zu staunen. Leider ist kein Licht auf dem Balkon, mitte Oktober war es deswegen zum essen zu dunkel abends und nan musste auf dem kleinen Couchtisch essen. Um sein Handy ider wer Hörgeräte hat, sollte sich eine Mehrfachsteckdose/ Verlängerung mitbringen. "Die Lage und der Ort sind super. Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Leider wird nicht gut gereinigt. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte bei ankunft nicht, da der Filter komplett verdreckt war, das Geschirr im Schrank war entsprechend nicht sauber und in der Dusche ist dicker schwarzer Schimmel. Wenn die Reinigung angepasst wird,ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Sonst nicht."

"Pros: Wohnung sehr großzügig, sauber und hell mit riesiger Dachterasse. Liegt direkt am zentralen Platz von Laboe, ist aber dennoch ruhig. Die netten Vermieter lernt man beim Check-in persönlich kennen. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und entspannt. Mit dem Fördedampfer und diversen Busverbindungen von Laboe aus kann man die Umgebung auch autofrei erkunden."

"Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und wurde trotz Heizung höher stellen nicht warm ( Außentemperatur waren -11C). Die Wohnungen hatten einen unangenehm geruch ( modrich). Das Bett macht sehr starke Knarrende Geräusche das ich nicht schlafen konnte. Für mein empfinden war es auch nicht sauber z.b Kaffee Flecken auf der anrichte und essens rückstände auf dem Herd.Die Gastgeberin war SEHR nett und freundlich Hunde sind sehr herzlich willkommen "
