"Nice suite with view of the ocean. Clean and fairly quiet. Some good local restaurants nearby. The suite was fairly well equipped but could have used some tea towels, face cloths & coffee filters. We tried to reach out by WhatsApp and email several times during our stay with the hotel team and got no response so there was no support in booking excursions unfortunately. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location was fantastic, with a pristine beach just steps away. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.I don't have any major complaints. There was a minor issue where I was supposed to meet with the manager, Hareesh, before I left regarding a small issue I had. A message was left for him through another manager, but the meeting never occurred. I assume he was busy, so it's not a big deal.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
