"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there.
The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."
