"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "

"The villa and property are private with stunning views and amazing architecture. The pool is magical and the bedrooms are separate suites with their own bathrooms- almost like hotel rooms. This would be a great choice for a girls trip or small family wedding. The host’s personal chef made am amazing and reasonable breakfast. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a getaway to stunning Umbria."

"This was everything we thought it would be…quiet, beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. The staff were very communicative and accommodating. It is also a great central location to branch out and explore. We rented a car during our stay, but it is also close to the Chiusi train station for day trips. It was very difficult to leave, but we hope to return someday."
