Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! "My family of 8 adults just finished a magical week in Maria’s family estate. We had plenty of room as the house is divided into suites. The main floor has a common living room and kitchen area, which was a barn long ago. (If you cannot climb stairs, one suite is ground level.)The views and sunsets from the kitchen are breath taking! There are many areas to eat al fresco and the beautiful and large pool was used daily. The house is surrounded by Maria’s lush olive grove and cypress trees which provided privacy. The flower boxes are all blooming and the property is obviously lovingly cared for. The house is conveniently situated between Citta Della Pieve (great restaurants!) and Chiusi. We visited as far away as Montalcino, Arezzo, Orvieto, Assisi, (all within an hour drive) and everywhere in between. We will remember PODERE TRESA forever for providing an enchanting base for our Tuscany/ Umbria adventure! Thank you, Maria, for sharing your family home with us!"
