The room was a nice size but the bathroom was quite small without much counter space. Also there weren’t many drawers in the room to put clothes in. The breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. There is a restaurant on site. The food is Caribbean style and was flavourful. But we were disappointed by one thing - one of our fish meals was overcooked and tough, and after we complained, we were told that is how it is prepared in the Caribbean and did not offer to replace it.

This hotel is a pleasure to stay for a few days. The amenities are wonderful and staff very attentive. Guests can access a lovely lake beach with seating. Rooms are spacious and very clean

We (2 senior sisters) really enjoyed our stay at Lac Brome. The breakfast was included and was really nice, included bacon, omelet, potatoes, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, croissants, everything and my sister was especially pleased to have decaf coffee. We also enjoyed the sauna which included the dry, wet and hot tub. The location was good close to Knowlton and Highway 10 as well. It also had a Nescafé coffee machine in the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area.

The place was clean. The mattress needed to be changed. Both of us have had sore backs for a couple of days. Also, pillows too soft. The toilet paper holder was broken - it could not stand straight. Don't understand how come the cleaning staff never pointed it out to the reception. We did. The continental breakfast was good.

OVERPRICED. First the positive: room was clean and big. View was beautiful. The negative: There are no really common areas to rest, pictures are misleading hotel looks big but is not. "Spa" consist of a few rooms in the second floor. Exterior need maintenance. Worst part was the breakfast. Bread was not fresh, limited options. In our second day we arrived at 9.05am (it ends at 10am), there were no eggs, no sausage, no glasses, no cutlery, tables were not cleaned and the lady (who in fairness was by herself) was very rude. For the price, we expected more. I will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located across the road from Lac Brome, so a very nice view of the lake and there is a beach area with a few kayaks for use. Parking is convenient and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Our room was at the back of the hotel with a balcony, a king size bed and well equipped. The continental breakfast has good choices. Knowlton is 15 minutes away and the road is scenic along the lakeshore.

Nice setting overlooking lac Brome. Outdoor Pool, hot tubs, sauna, etc..Kayaks and canoes were fun and easy to rent. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. Convenient location to get around the Eastern Townships. Staff were great.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was very nice but it had the worse shower I have ever seen. I understand conserving water but our shower was ridiculous! Also, forget watching Netflix!! It never connected to any movies or shows. Really too bad because otherwise it was a nice place to spend the weekend

We had a large suite on the third/forth floor. The space was nice but our suite did not seem to have enough furniture in it. There were no chairs on the large balcony and the main living room area which was very large only had a small sofa and a small table with two chairs. It seems the interior decoration was not done by professionals.

Fantastic hotel, great location to be based at to do your Eastern Township daily excursions. Beautiful view both from the front (lake) and the back (wooded area). Friendly staff behind desk, everything inside is remodelled, rooms are updated, spacious, and clean. Variety of room or suite set ups for your group. Great amenities, spa, sauna, small gym, a private beach across the street, pool, lots of lounge and deck space to sit and chill. And a great continental breakfast in the morning. You will not regret staying here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were simply looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
