"Room was very comfortable, and good heating in the winter. Loved the fridge, microwave, toaster etc. could use some paper towels, dish detergent, extra kitchen washers. Tv and channels were really good, bed was very comfortable. Asked for extra duvet and blanket as I am not used to Kamloops winters. All staff were excellent, really enjoyed complimentary coffee."

"The amenities were not good, the pool heather was broken, the jacuzzi out of cominsion, the pool table damage, the air hockey was damage,At the cabin, the oven doesn’t work properly, the sofa pull out is completely damage, the kitchen wear was not good the pots and pans need to be replaced, no enough equipment, no cutting board. The glassware was very bad,The location, the cabin and the weather was great."
