You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Small detached house in Lacanau Lac
Holiday house, with garden, very pleasant and ideally located: 2 minutes walk from the Moutchic lake, its attractions and restaurants. Between the lake and the edge of the forest, the setting is very calm and relaxing.
The living area is 30m². The house is ideal for 4 people.
There is a bedroom and a mezzanine, 2 beds.
It is possible to use an extra bed (convertible in the living room), or 2 more people.
The garden of 160m ², equipped with a barbecue and a covered terrace, allows to enjoy good moments outdoors.
Cycle track behind the house which offers very nice walks in the forest. (Several renters propose to come to deposit the bikes in front of the house, and to recover them at the end of the stay).
At 7 Kms, the seaside resort of Lacanau Océan, allows you to enjoy a multitude of activities (Golf, Surfing, Horse riding, Cinema, Cycling ...)
