"The apartment was all you could ask for... The air conditioning worked amazingly well which was great because it was very hot and humid. Anna & her husband provided us with some food and drink too which was very kind of them. The balconies and rooftop offered amazing views, especially for the holiday fireworks. "We had a very enjoyable stay and a great overall experience. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive to detail. The manager was always present and made a point of asking how we were doing, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, with a very generous selection, especially of pastries and sweet options. My only suggestion would be to add a little more variety for guests who prefer savoury food in the morning. The team making the coffee also did a fantastic job — the coffee was superb! The room was cleaned extremely well every day, with fresh bed linen and towels. We also really appreciated having fresh pool towels available every day. The swimming pools and the hotel grounds were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience. A big thank you and well done to the entire team!"
