Location, Location. Great neighborhood, the best area to stay in, very safe, the streets are active but not loud. You can stroll at all hours 7-10 minutes from train. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for four nights. The hotel is in a convenient, safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to transit, and great dining spots even late in evening. The hospitality was brilliant. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Naples!

Beautiful restored antique Claustro into hotel, amazing view on the roof top. Beautiful neighborhood around! Great place to stay away from the city center noise! Luigi was great as well as the boss / owner! Highly recommended if you like beautiful architecture!

Apparently, it was in a nice part of town and it was from a scenic view. However, it was a very old place. That’s been remodeled, maybe 15 or 20 years ago. It was nice.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!

View to Capri

Luigi was extremely helpful with excellent advice for travelling around Napoli. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Quite rooms, view to Capri and safe location in Vomero makes this a great choice.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights early October and everything was great. The hotel is well located in Vomero and the room had the best view of the water and Capri. Luigi was AMAZING, very helpful during check in and helped us make a reservation to a restaurant that we were eyeing. If you like a place with charm and don’t mind being located further from the water, I strongly recommend.

I would highly recommend Chiostro San Francesco. The hotel is lovely, quiet and very clean. Our room is tastefully decorated and pretty big, the only downside is that the safe box in the room is tiny. It is not bolted down so you can just pick it up and take it away. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in a lovely part of Naples, we felt very safe. Close to shops, restaurants, funicular and the metro. We would definitely stay there again.
