Breakfast was phenomenal

A lovely and quaint hotel within walking distance to the historic old city. My room was very clean and comfortable, and on an unusually hot day, it was a pleasant surprise to find air conditioning in every room. This hotel is a great value. There are rooms located in two buildings, they are virtually next to each other and even though my friend and I were in separate buildings, it was no problem at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate and if you’re usually hungry in the morning, you’re...

Very nice place. Five minutes walk to the center of the city. The city of Celle is beautiful.

So nice we booked a second night!

Quaint hotel. Older building, but nicely remodeled. Parking a bit of a challenge. Short walk to main downtown area for site seeing and shopping.

This hotel is located 1/2 mile from the Celle train station. Do yourself a favor and d/l the Deutsche Bahn ap for train info and ticket purchases. The staff with no exception was courteous and helpful. They speak excellent English, so American travelers are made to feel welcome. The rooms are modern and clean. I will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful family getaway with our small dog

Very friendly, very relaxed, also good for motorcycles.

Someone from the restaurant checked me in. Every time I went in and out of the hotel there was never anyone at the reception desk (even though the description reads reception is open from 7am-10pm). For this reason, I feel it's more of a bed-and-breakfast than a true hotel. I wish there had been a fan in the...

I had a conference in Hannover and while this hotel was about an hour away, the price was reasonable. The people at the hotel were great. Special kudos to Lucas and Sabina! They were the best. There was another woman with glasses that was there all the time (I asked her if she ever went home) and she too was great, but I did not get her name. The only real negative was the Wifi. It was horrible!!! Food was good in the restaurant too. I would definitely stay here again, but they need to do...
