"The hotel was pleasant, and the room was clean and had a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. However, we found the name âDeluxe Apartmentâ a little misleading. There was a photo of a duplex apartment on our booking confirmation, so we thought that was the Deluxe Apartment we had booked â we were expecting a âwow!â Unfortunately, our room was not the duplex oneđ The area was quiet and peaceful, and itâs a beautiful neighborhood. Free parking was available around the hotel, which was very convenient."

"Very quiet. Easy to walk or take w tram to the sights but closer to a neighborhood with good restaurants and a more laid back feel. Staff are so helpful and warm. Excellent stay and Iâd definitely return next time I visit Vienna."
