"Location is great for crabbing. However, house is outdated. Lots of things need to be fixed since last visit (October 2024) but nothing fixed even after addressed in comments. Like the restroom and sink in the dock area, light fixtures in the dock, shelves in fridge are broken, kitchen sink is clogged. I love the location, just need to fix those issues then this house will be fabulous. "

"Clean, well situated property. We loved relaxing on the porch overlooking the water! The house was a perfect share for me, my husband, our two teenaged sons, and our friends who joined us for JazzFest. It was such a nice, quiet location to return to in the event after fun-filled days. A car is definitely recommended."
