Village at Winnipesaukee Condo Walk to BEACH!

  • This 1st floor condo, located in the "MAPLE" building at The Village at Winnepesaukee, has recently been updated and refurnished in December 2020!! It boasts an open floor plan with sliding glass doors in the living room to the yard/patio; a dining area; a fully equipped, modern stainless steel kitchen; two bedrooms; new furniture; a private yard and large patio with its own gas grill; and beautiful water and mountain views. The queen master bedroom has its own full, private bath. Also included are a work/play area with desk, Wi-Fi, a 42" Flat-screen TV, and fresh linens.

    WALK TO Weirs public beach, Lakeside Ave shops and restaurants, and some of the region's best attractions. The Village at Winnipesaukee vacation condominiums look into the morning sun over Weirs Beach to the most famous of New Hampshire's four-season playgrounds — the magnificent Lake Winnipesaukee and its 265 islands and 187 mile shoreline.

    At The Village at Winnipesaukee, you will find on-site amenities that include two lighted tennis courts; a full-size outdoor saltwater swimming pool with large deck area; playground; badminton; volleyball and basketball courts; and a beautiful view of the lakes and mountains. There are over eighteen acres to stroll and picnic on the grounds. There is also parking for boats & trailers up to 30' and access to the public boat ramp.

    ***Although the condo is located on the 1st floor, it is not handicapped accessible. The community is on a hillside and there are steps to get to the condo from the parking area. There will be a surcharge for excessive utilities bills***

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very prompt in returning a couple of questions. Everything was clean and the pool was a short walk. The only thing I would say is my son loves basketball and the court and hoop need some attention. Highly recommend this property.

Nice condo in good condition. It is located in a rather large complex (Villages) and was fairly convenient to Weir's Beach and the Laconia Bike week venues. Very hilly, but of course, this is NH! :-). Good communication with the owner.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We moved to the area during a very intense winter. We were warm and the snow was consistently removed. The condo had everything you need to cook, sleep and be entertained. Thank you.

Weirs beach vacation

My stay here was great , there are so many good things about this rental . Very clean and updated ,comfortable beds , walking distance too the beach and many good restaurants , family friendly activities . One of my favorite things of the property is the porch , great views of the mountains , lake and a grill too use , I would highly recommend staying here!

Maple

Our stay was excellent, the unit is in extremely close proximity to weirs strip but far enough away for piece and quiet. We dined out the first night and cooked in on the second, plenty of cooking utensils, pans, etc

Great stay

Condo was just as listed and very clean. Would be helpful if there was hair dryer in both bathrooms otherwise enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay here... condo not far from beach

The condo is lovely as well as the grounds. There was a bit of a walk to the pool but that was ok. We would definitely go back. This place was clean and comfy. The bunk beds are not really in a bedroom more of an entryway...this actually worked out well for us because it caused our daughters to share a room.

Clean and well stocked condo.

We enjoyed staying here. Our only suggestion is to offer more communication about where the condo is located when someone is approaching the unit and it is dark. More communication about this would make it easier.

Great place, close to everything

We have stayed in many of these condos over the years and this one did not disappoint. Even without AC in the living room, the units in the bed rooms kept the whole place cool. All of the appliances worked great and there were 2 different kinds of coffee pots. I reached out to the owner with a question and he responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property/Great Location

The condo was PERFECT for the four of us! It is in a great location, well kept and the grounds are really nice. My boys loved the pool(big and deep-9 feet). The condo was clean, stocked with paper product and cleaning products. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it a lot. No negatives an no surprises.

Wiers Beach

Great week ! Centrally Located Great to get up and go ! Older Condo which we knew ! I would think tough for seniors with joint problems ! Lots of uneven ground . Exceptionally well stocked !!! Games

Property not clean. Doors difficult to open and close. Sheets old need replacing. Many spiderwebs and spiders. Great pool. Would not recommend to friends.

Village at Winnipesaukee Condo

Good location, our biggest complaint was cleanliness. In my opinion, the owner needs to get new cleaning people. We were told the condo was cleaned the day before we arrived. The floors were all dirty, (after walking around in white socks for 1 day, they were black on the bottom) all window sills had dirt and dust on them. Carpet under coffee table was all worn. Broom in closet was full of dust and hair. There was hair and dirt on bathroom floor in corner in second bedroom. In my opinion, we left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.

Pictures made this condo complex look much nicer.A very dark living area; back bedroom like a cave.Black bedspread, dark carpet and sofa; yuck- how clean were these things? NEED DUVET bedspread covers so we know they have been washed, and LIGHT colors to see cleanliness. One hour before check in,the room still had not been cleaned; our check in was then delayed an hour. Mike was responsive, however I feel the cleaning was rushed. Bathroom vent and other vents FILTHY ( I have pictures). Cob web in corner and debris on floor. I felt gross the whole time and couldn't wait to leave. Would not return to this space. No wash clothes- some type of cloth in the closet; not sure if that was the wash cloth- towels seemed old and yucky. Closets with supplies were cluttered and not cared for. Very unappealing and I should get even more money back.

Great location

First time staying here. Very nice condo. Pool was fun and the location was close to most things we wanted to do. Did laundry while enjoying g the pool very convenient. Would stay here again. First floor was key.

Bike week

We enjoyed our stay in the village. We found it well maintained with some really nice landscaping right outside of our unit #914 in the maple building. Great location because it's very close to a wide range of entertainment and dining. Home run vrbo. Thanks to Mike the property owner too.
