"This was to be a trip of a lifetime at a 5 star hotel which ended with us leaving feeling like we srated in a 3 star hotel. Our stay was 5 nights, room service did not touch the room for 3 days and we had to request to have someone come in twice to atleast empty garbages, give fresh towels, cups or refresh the beds. This is not the cleanliness or service expected for $400+ a night. The fridge in our room did not work which meant we could not store cold food items, the kini fridge was essentially just a warm box. The hot tub was malfunctioning, the water was scalding hot so we didnt get to experience it. The worst was our pre ordered breakfast for checkout day. I had to keep sending back my eggs because they were runny, the side was incorrect which resulted in a 1 hour wait and multiple phone calls for a correction. This service was lacking and resulted in me not having breakfast. My two family members and I wanted a wonderful breakfast together on our last morning which ended up ruined. Overall the experience which we expected to be amazing for our stay ended up being mediocre at best. If we wanted 3 star service we would have gone to a 3 star hotel. If my family ever manages to go on a vacation again it will not be at the Pan Pacific."
