Living Room/kitchen grand room; Den, Study with full sized sofa/futon, plus
2 bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen- sized bed, plus a Washer/Dry utility room, (large washer and large dryer). Screened front porch, 2-car garage and a wide entrance driveway. A patio with table in the backyard. Water fountain located in front of the house. Convenient to stores and the Spanish Springs Market Square, Access to all the Villages Amenities. New Pool nearby. Close to hospital and to the Hacienda Recreation Center, TV and internet provided. The house
has wide interior doors, which makes the house convenient for
those that use wheelchairs. The house has a second living room also with a TV (in addition to the den/study room). The second living room has a couch, with fold-out leg rests, that could be used for sleeping. Our immediate neighborhood is quiet and has virtually no crime, (that is, we have never heard of any crimes committed in our neighborhood)
As a host, we have earned the highest rating from VRBO.
We have always received the highest ratings from all our past guests.
My wife is a native-born Spanish speaker. Our house is managed by my brother in law, who also speaks Spanish and who lives nearby in the Villages and is available on short notice should a guest encounter any problems during their stay. Our house is fully furnished and is tastefully decorated and is well coordinated, both for function and decoration-wise.

Exactly what we needed for Mom
Lovely home! We selected this home because of the setup in the den (recliner, couch and tv). My Mommy has restless nights and at home uses a recliner and couch while watching TV to get comfortable and fall asleep. She uses a walker at night and the wide doorways and tile floor made that easy! Thank you. Rent this home! It's fabulous

Lovely Home
The property is in a nice neighborhood and so close to Spanish Springs Square. Within walking distance. We were minutes away from the Chula Vista Rec Center where we played lots of pickleball, enjoyed the pool and met some very nice people. I would definitely recommend this sweet little spot and would stay there again.

This house is located in a very convenient location near a popular Town Square and restaurants. It is perfectly decorated and spacious and very well stocked with paper goods, cleaning products, Towels, chairs, gas grill and many more amenities. Absolutely excellent place to stay!!!
This is a fantastic place. The location is perfect right next to Spanish Springs and minutes from Lake Sumter Landing. You have all the restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and golf you need within minutes from the house. This house has two living rooms which is perfect for the kids to hang out and play in one and the adults to visit in the other. It is a well equipped house that had all the household/kitchen items we could need, even a grill. The property manager is absolutely great by making sure that we had everything we needed, ensured everything worked, provided recommendations for our stay and was very quick to respond to any questions. Everything in the house worked as it ought to as it is equipped with newer appliances. I will definitely be keeping this one as a first choice each time I go back and visit The Villages!!!

Waiting for new home
We absolutely loved staying at this property! It is in a great location within walking distance of the popular Spanish Springs Square in The Villages, and a close drive to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was very clean and well-furnished with a number of comfy seating and dining areas. So quiet and restful. Our hosts were very attentive and made sure we had all we needed, plus made great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. So thankful we found this place for our transition period to our new home.
