"This place was next to everywhere we wanted to be!! The staff was amazing !! Pablo made sure everything we needed we had. The rooms were not too much island vibes all the way. VERY COMFORTABLE SPACE. Only negative I could see was the bed had a dip in it in the middle but my man loved it .. smh. This was the get away we needed and they absolutely made it happen. Definitely going back. Thank you to the team."

Very secure, safe, and private. We only stayed one night -- a very convenient location near the Belize City airport -- but we would have been happy to stay much longer! I am certain that if/when I return to Belize, a stay at this bungalow will be included as part of the vacation! (We stayed 7 days in Hopkins Bay, not in Belize City ... so just needed 1 night at Gecko before flying out.) Thank you, Gecko, Michelle, and John! Can't wait to return ... "

"It was a delightful private small island. Only accessible by boat, so if you want to get away from it all this place is for you! Excellent staff, good food for a resort, and with capacity only for 35 guests you may find yourself completely alone like we did for our first few days. Kayak over to a private beach and swim with the fish (no sharks!) overall a very relaxing vacay!"
