"We had no proper access to the building as when collected the keys from the key safe, once we were in the apartment block we found there were swipe acess key fobs required to access the building & the floor on which the apartment was. We had to get residents and security to get us in building and then the floor. Due to the swipe key fob missing after the previous guests had checked out.
