"I enjoyed my stay overall, but I was very disappointed with the hotel room service. I stayed for four days, and the housekeeping staff never cleaned our room. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and for the trash to be emptied. The staff member’s response was to ask me to bring my used towels to the dirty towel bin she had outside in the hallway. She also gave me trash bags and asked if I could bring my own trash to her. It was very disappointing to receive that kind of service from the housekeeping staff. However, I have no complaints about the reception and restaurant staff. They were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and they made my stay much more enjoyable."

"Small pools and one was closed. But who needs pools when you have the ocean right there with a natural pools. Everyone was friendly and my stay was awesome. The only issue I have was very early in the morning. They were burning something on site and so it smelled like a campfire in my room which is not necessarily a pleasant smell to wake up to. That would be my main and only complaint."

"All in all this is a great place to stay! Very central to both the north and south shore, tons of good restaurants nearby, nice pool, pool bar, and beautiful grounds. The condos themselves are a little old and run down, and the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was relatively comfortable which helped. The timeshare representative at check in was pushy and extremely rude when I told her we weren’t interested. All in all the good out weighed the bad!"

"Our trip to Kauai was amazing and our home away from home was perfect! We had no need to reach out to the owners because the condo was exactly as described with no problems at all.The location couldn’t have been any better - 2nd floor looking directly out at the ocean.Sitting on the lanai, watching the ocean and listening to the waves was all that we had hoped for. It’s the perfect spot for rest and relaxation and we highly recommend this VRBO unit"

"The location is very convenient - walking distance to Lava Lava, Coconut Marketplace and the beach (with a kid friendly enclosure). Was well stocked with beach equipment. Condo is modernized with up to date appliances and bathrooms. A/C kept us cool. Grounds are well maintained and my toddler enjoyed looking at all of the flowers. Host was easy to communicate with and check in process was smooth. Cleanliness could be improved. There were a decent amount of dead flying ants on the kitchen ground/countertops, near/in the recessed bar lights, and in the corners of the bathroom (there were a few live ones as well in the kitchen and patio curtains). Bathroom rugs appeared to be stained or dirty. Shower was slow to drain (likely a clogged drain). It did not ruin our stay, but we did some minor cleaning to feel comfortable."
