The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again."

"I chose this house for my family stay because it was close to my son’s wedding venue in Berkeley & also allowed gatherings. It was great for my son’s new in-laws to join us for an introductory dinner. The deck was great and the kitchen was well-equipped. Chris was very accommodating & even offered to purchase a baby gate for the stairs for my 20-mo. grandson. The two bedrooms were very nice but the third is with a pullout couch - which was comfortable. It was nice that each bedroom had its own...

Management is very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good spot for adults looking for low budget stays."
