A few things need tweaking, a water fountain for the new buildings at the back as it’s a little bit of a journey to refill water late at night and maybe install an AC in the dining area as it gets really hot. "We had a lovely stay for the 4 days, just me and my teenage son. The location was perfect, very near to all shops and restaurants and close to the main strip of Laganas, as well as the beach within walking distance. The room we stayed in was on level 0, it was clean and had all we needed for our stay, it was a little damp, not noticeably but our clothes felt damp when kept in the room. We stayed end of May so just heading towards the busy season, so it was still pleasantly quiet, I assume once June starts it will be a lot noisier through the night as guests come and go a bit merry with alcohol. The pool is good and clean with sufficient amount of sunbeams, just make sure you have your own towels. the breakfast buffet was great, there was everything you could want available;, cooked food as well as cereal, fruit, pastries and cold meats. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. One of the Reception staff in particular, Ross (not sure of the spelling) was an absolute star. So thank you Ross! We would happily stay again and I would recommend this hotel to all."
