The Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is a welcoming and modern retreat, ideal for up to 8 people, situated in a privileged location just 100 m from Carvoeiro Beach. The spacious open-plan living room is the heart of this space, offering a bright and relaxing environment, with a comfortable sofa and contemporary décor that invites moments of rest or family gatherings.



The apartment, entirely located on the same floor, has three spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. There is also a common bathroom with a shower, ensuring maximum comfort and practicality during your stay.



The kitchen integrates harmoniously with the living room, creating a functional and welcoming environment, ideal for preparing and sharing meals in the comfort of home.



On the exterior, two shared terraces complement the experience. The lower terrace features a dining table and seating area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The upper terrace offers an enchanting sea view, where you can enjoy the sunset and peaceful moments with a drink in hand.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
