A perfect location just 3 minutes away from a wonderful beach and a short stroll into the quaint fishing village of Ferragudo with its variety of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard, 2 large bedrooms, large living areas with TV and WiFi, an IPTV Box with a complete package of all channels, a state of the art kitchen with integrated appliances and a large front terrace with areas to eat, sunbathe and relax in the Jacuzzi. Guests have access to the Vila Castelo Parque with its large communal pool, bar area, gym and reception services.



The apartment is located within a gated community and benefits from enclosed parking. A truly wonderful apartment and location for both families or adults wishing to share and enjoy a perfect holiday experience where peace of mind is standard.



Ferragudo is located just 5 minutes from Carvoeiro & Portimão. It has recently become one of the most fashionable holiday resorts in the Algarve and it's easy to see why. It still retains that original fishing village charm, with one of the most picturesque harbours on the coast and only minutes away from some of the finest beaches in Portugal.

Luxury in a perfect location

The apartment is immaculate in all aspects. Its entrance is a few steps up from the path, or a few more steps up from the garage (no elevator though). The in-floor heating and air conditioning make it extremely comfortable. All furnishings are top quality.The south facing balcony with Jacuzzi provide another nice feature. But most of all, the location is superb: 10 minutes walk to the village for the baker, small super-friendly "supermarket", and happy hour at any of the bars/restaurants.
