The villa Marrakech offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful holiday in the Algarve, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities.



The spacious living and dining area invites you to unwind and enjoy time together, with direct access to the outdoor spaces.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.



The first floor features three double bedrooms and two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals in a cozy and homely environment.



Outside, the villa Marrakech offers a fantastic leisure area with a heatable pool (additional cost), BBQ, wood oven, and a service bathroom. For extra fun, there is also a games room with table tennis and table football, providing entertainment for all ages.



The property is located in a quiet area, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Perfect location

We had an amazing time in Portugal. The location of the property is perfect - walkable to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Our stay

The location was amazing as was the pool area for relaxing after a day out exploring. Unfortunately, we all found the beds way too soft and very uncomfortable. The ensuite bath is not great either. There is no electrical outlet in there and the sink shape was so odd that there really wasn't anywhere to put items on the sink top. Storage space in the first level bedroom was also extremely limited so most of the luggage had to be in the main living area. But despite the negatives, we still had an amazing time!

Honest review

We choose this home for location and pool which were both ideal. It was overpriced but it was the tourist season so expected. The layout is bizarre - bedrooms are accessed by a small spiral staircase and bottom floor living room and kitchen are depressingly dark like a dungeon. I looked back at the photos and they were misleading with the lighting. Downstairs bathroom needs a serious remodel. Weird smells in the laundry room and one of the bedrooms. Musty fireplace smell downstairs. You need several keys on you at all times as the doors automatically lock. Don’t expect any kitchen amenities, toilet paper, or garbage bags. While we booked on VRBO, it was managed by Algarve Vacation and we had to pay them instead of the VRBO platform.

Wonderful pool villa close to the beach

This was a great place for our family, including kids age 4 and 6 and seniors age 70. Location: perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Close to restaurants but far enough from bars that that is is not loud at night. Easy to get to other beaches by car. Because it is central, and we went at a busy time, every morning there were multiple garbage trucks and street noise that was not anticipated. Even with sound machines it was loud. It is a trade off for the location but something to consider when booking. The house was big and spacious. We knew about the spiral staircase from the photos and our kids did fine with it and the seniors with us stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The doors do not have nobs on them so you have to keep them ajar or have the key because they lock automatically. It did not have a significant impact but something to know. Our family loved the pool. It made the stay extra special. The outdoor area is fantastic and we spent most time outside. We traveled in summer and the air conditioning worked great. Large TVs that are smart TVs with netflix. There was slight confusion with a welcome meeting but easily resolved and the company was accommodating. We would recommend this location

Perfect Family Getaway in Carvoeiro

Our stay at Villa Marrakech was absolutely amazing. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable for a family holiday. The kids loved the pool and the game room, while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a drink in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Beach

We had such a lovely week at Villa Marrakech. Everything was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The heated pool was a big plus, and the BBQ area was perfect for family dinners under the stars. The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro beach, which made it easy to explore the area without needing the car. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and sunny escape.

The villa was fantastic. But be aware this property is managed by a business and has no personal touch. This means there is NO food supplies available ( not even salt and pepper), no garbage bags, no extra toilet paper. You are expected to have a meeting with the manager at their convenience whether it suits you or not. The pool person and cleaner can show up anytime unannounced. We were promised the dryer would be available since it is listed as an amenity and it never was. Damage deposit is expected two weeks in advance and not returned until two weeks after which means they have your money for a month. All in all, we loved the villa and strongly disliked the management.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! 6 dagen met 4 vriendinnen en 3 kinderen in leeftijd 2, 3 en 4 jaar.Hele fijne accomodatie. Foto's kloppen met hoe het er echt uitziet. Accomodatie is ruim voorzien oa in handdoeken en badhanddoeken, keukengerei, zeeppompjes, vuilniszakken, speelgoed voor in het zwembad.Schone kamers, het was netjes en schoon. Perfecte locatie op 10min lopen van het strand door leuke straat met winkeltjes, cafe's etc. Denk wel dat het met hoogseizoen wat gehoriger zal zijn want accomodatie ligt tussen 2 straten in, in het centrum. Nu werd ik af en toe wakker van legen glasbakcontainers om 6u 's ochtends. Duidelijke instructies via de mail over in- en uitchecken.Er stond wel een zin in de mail met uitcheckinstructies die ik wat bot vond. Kwam neer op niet verplaatsen van meubilair anders kreeg je je borg niet terug. Dat zal vast zijn ivm een negatieve ervaring in het verleden, maar het klonk niet aardig.Wij zouden hier graag nog eens terugkomen!
