A stunning villa in a very convenient location next to the short yet challenging, Vale do Milho 9-hole golf course. In spite of its location, the grounds are really quite private and whether you like golf or not, the views are stunning and full of interest. Inside, it's very spacious and well furnished for a sleek look that's comfortable and welcoming. Obviously it's just a stroll from the golf course - the club house is well known for very good lunches; you're also within walking distance of Centianes beach and the town center is also within walking distance although you might want to take a cab home.
Upper floor: Suite 1 has a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and views over the golf course, en suite bathroom with bath and shower stall. Suite 2 also has a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, en suite shower room, doors to the front balcony and private access to the rear terrace with views of the sea.
Lower floor: Double bedroom with doors to the front terrace and en suite shower room. Very attractive, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and door to the terrace and barbecue area. Maid's laundry. Very spacious living and dining room that's simply furnished yet very elegant and with doors to the partially shaded terrace for al fresco dining overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool. The stunning pool is very large and features an overflow infinity edge. Surrounded by very pretty and extensive gardens with lawns and colorful flower beds.

We also wish to inform that The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024.

The tax applies to guests staying at hotels, resorts, tourist apartments, rural tourism developments, campsites and local lodging (AL) establishments, including hostels. The charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older.

Certain exemptions apply, including aged guests 12 and younger, guests with proven disabilities exceeding 60%, national and foreign students attending the University of the Algarve for up to 60 days straight at the beginning of each academic year, guests staying in Lagoa for medical treatment (including one other person), and guests who have been offered accommodation by a tourist or AL establishment.
