The rental price includes final cleaning, the use of bed linens, towels, Smart SAT/TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning.

A security deposit of 150.00 euros is required.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, an interim cleaning fee (cleaning and linen change) of 60€ is charged every 14 days.
