Apt. Amanecer, with access to Dona Ana beach

Located in a popular holiday setting close to town, this south facing apartment is located in the private condominium of Iberlagos, a resort which sits on top of the Award winning Dona Ana Beach.

Whilst the apartment doesn't have pool views, it is just a few rows back from the cliff top, 100 metres walk to the communal pool area which has a snack bar, a good sized children's pool and an exceptionally large swimming pool. The pool area itself is located at the front of the resort, perched on top of the cliffs above the beautiful Dona Ana beach and has the most amazing views in Lagos!



This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one is a south facing double bedroom with A/C , the other is a twin bedroom.

There is a full bathroom with WC plus 2nd 'shower room' and WC.

The kitchenette and lounge are open plan, separated by a marble topped breakfast bar. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.

The lounge has A/C, TV plus a DVD. Patio doors to the large balcony terrace which overlooks gardens planted with mature palm trees. An ideal place to sit and eat al fresco or just relax on the 2 sunbeds provided.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift.There is an ample car parking in front of the building. Please note, due to its great location a car is not a necessity. With several beaches, literally on its 'door step', and just a 10- 15 minute walk into the town centre, this apartment makes a fantastic choice for your holiday.

Ruhiges Apartement, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Poolliegen kostenpflichtig

Information und Checkin haben wunderbar geklappt. Die Zimmerreinigung fand in unserem 2wöchigen Aufenthalt 1x statt. Utensilien zum reinigen sind vorhanden. Küchenausstattung Spärlich, keine Dinge/Vorräte vorhanden. Man muss alles selber kaufen. Lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier ist vorhanden. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die schränke bieten nicht wirklich eine Ablagemöglichkeit von Anziehsachen. Wir haben alles in den Koffern gelassen. Klimaanlage nur in 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern&im Wohnzimmer. Lüften nachts ist aber kalt genug. Draußen auf dem Balkon befindet sich ein Eimer zum auffangen des Wassers von der Klimaanlage, dies muss man circa 1x täglich selbst entsorgen. Die 2 Liegen auf dem Balkon sind in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Auflagen vorhanden auch nicht für die Stühle. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, wir haben noch Decken darunter gelegt, damit man es einigermaßen aushält, um zu schlafen. An sich ist die Lage jedoch ruhig, nicht an der Straße der Balkon. Der Weg bis zum Pool ist kurz, circa 2 Minuten. Zum Strand circa 3 Minuten die Treppe hinunter. Im Sommermonaten natürlich sehr voll. Der Pool war sehr groß und nicht wirklich überfüllt. Auf der Wiese findet man einige Schattenplätze, die kostenlos sind. Dort dürfen aber keine eigenen Stühle/Liegen aufgebaut werden. Nur Handtücher oder Decken. Die dort stehenden Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind kostenpflichtig. Im Juli kosten sie 20 am Tag oder 12 Euro für den halben Tag. Luftmatratze im Pool verboten.

Location location for this property, fantastic pool and access to a beautiful beach. Easy walk into town and all beaches. The apartment is old but suited our needs for 2 couples. The pool is run privately so you have to pay for sun beds but plenty of grass to lay on, had a great bar and cafe at the pool. I would stay here again, just note no tea coffee etc to start off but the shop is close by.

Girls trip

Great location and property. Furnishing can use an update. Beds and couch very firm. Showers faucets have to hang on floor and WiFi was lacking. Resort lounge chairs where very hard old by pool. It’s hard to say bad things because I’d go back but look for a more updated condo.

The appartment is overall a good size, clean and well located. We had to buy some kitchen utilities which should be provided by the renter. Pool beds cost 3 euros a day, why not included?

Séjour à lagos

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement du logement. Très agréable avec les enfants. Par contre il manquait un peu de commodité, comme le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle.. l’appartement n’est pas très confortable non plus, il y aurait place à amélioration. Mais sommes toutes nous avons aimé notre séjour puisque la piscine, la plage et l’emplacement était parfait.

Todo me ha parecido fenomenal el único problema es que en el anuncio ponía que teníamos garaje y no es la verdad porque había que aparcado en la calle pero sí que es verdad que tampoco hemos tenido mucho problema en aparcarlo en la calle algún día hemos tardado un poco más pero en general bien. La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento está muy bien con una terraza amplia y la comunicación con ellos ha sido muy buena

Un top séjour

Cette propriété à tout pour plaire: sa situation, son équipement, son environnement. Le site arboré est très bien entretenu, la piscine et la plage sont à 2 pas, l'accès est très facile. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel, même si l'on n'y est pas restés beaucoup. Quelques petits bémols: la terrasse n'est ensoleillée que le matin, les transats sont payants (3 €) à la piscine, et, je ne sais pas si nous étions dans une période particulière, mais il a fait assez venteux, c'était parfois à la limite du froid quand on était dans le vent. Juste 2 petits

O apartamento deveria levar algumas reformulações, noMeadamente as roldanas das portas para a varanda, tem falta de utensílios de cozinha, 4 pessoas não conseguem fazer refeições dentro de casa, tem sempre de ser na varanda, a porta da rua deveria ser arranjada, custa a abrir e, mais alguns pequenos pormenores, na nossa opinião.

We came for a warm 'chill out' holiday which was exactly what we got. The pool was as pictured, the appartment perfect for our needs. Supermarket close by and town just 10 mins walk. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. (thin walls)

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. The property is directly above the famous Praia da Dona Ana. Additionally, this particular apartment has access to the beautiful pool overlooking the beach and a club house with table tennis, pool, foosball and a small restaurant. The area is very family friendly and we saw a couple of kid’s birthday parties being celebrated in the club house and a few kids playing soccer on the grassy area. The property is a seven-minute walk to the charming old town and about a 15 minute walk to the cliffs of the Ponta da Piedade and the beautiful Praia do Camilo. The well-stocked Spar grocery store is a seven-minute walk. With two bathrooms and two twin beds in a bedroom, this apartment was ideal for our family of two adults and two children. We were able to cook most of our meals at home and the washing machine enabled us to pack light and just wash our clothes during the trip. The only drawback of this apartment is the thin walls. We could hear neighbor’s conversations late (late) into the evenings, we could hear toilets flushing, and footsteps, which often sounded like furniture moving around (maybe they were re-arranging the furniture?). It would have been nice to have a hair dryer on hand as well. These were minor annoyances in the grande scheme of things.

lovely apartment

The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Was a very handy base for walking into Lagos and going to the various beaches. Pool was excellent with great views over Dona Ana beach but for a good size pool it was a shame they didn't allow the use of balls and lilo's in there. And special thanks to Sarah, the apartment manager for all her help which enabled things to run smoothly.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse in bester Lage

Wir waren hier für zu viert mit zwei Kindern 10 Tage im Oktober 2017. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Anlage einschließlich dem großen Pool ist hervorragend gepflegt und der nahe Strand traumhaft. Nach Lagos Innenstadt sind es 15 Minuten und rundherum gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Una pena q no tenga wifi El ascensor es del siglo XVIII por lo menos, no tiene puerta interior y da un poco de miedo. El apartamento está muy bien

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment and complex and the location was perfect. Sarah was very helpful with everything we needed also. Only complaint was that there was no change of bed sheets during the week. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location, great facilities. This unit was perfect for our 6 night stay in Lagos.

We were really happy with the proximity of the apartment to the beach, pool and town. Approx 10 min walk to excellent restaurants and entertainmemt. Only thing that could have made this better would be WIFI (portable hot spot with 1G data per day can be purchased from the hotel corner store for 4 euro per day with a 50 euro down payment) but it would be nice to have it already set up in the unit. Would deffinately stay again and reccomend to others.

Tolles Appartement

Die Lage ist perfekt.Ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und auch die Stadt ist direkt erreichbar. Das Appartement war sehr sehr sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Ab Juli wird man garantiert die vorhandene Klimaanlage benötigen. Der Pool ist direkt um die Ecke und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ... Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Möbel aus Plastik auf dem Balkon (ohne Auflagen ).
