Very spacious flat, refurbished in 2023, perfect for a family, two couples or 4 friends, with 2 bathrooms.
Balcony with view to the garden where you can have your meals or just relax.
Very good location just 300m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool.
The centre of Lagos is just a 10 minutes walk away so you can leave your car alone during your holiday.
Cozy, comfortable, dining/living room, cable TV, WiFi. 2 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microondas, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.. Air conditioning. Shared swimming pool in condominium.Parking available inside the condominium. 1 parking space available with a security deposit of €35 (returned at the end of the stay upon return of the command).
Flat rate cleaning fee of €30, payable in cash on arrival.
There are also bins on both sides of the street.

We were so happy with this apartment! It is clean and has everything you need. It is right by the beach and the pool is great too! The old city is just a 5 minute walk and there are great beaches only a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again and loved every minute!! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Space for Outdoor Living

We spent most of our time and ate most of our meals on the beautiful deck space. The home was a nice little seaside getaway. The beach was nearby and stunning. The apartment complex and beach were very quiet on weekdays and got a bit more activity on the weekend.

Wonderful stay in Lagos

The appartement was very new refurbished and everything was perfect. We enjoyed to sit on the large terrace in the evening. A beach with many steps was in walking distance. A long sandy beach with free parking was only 10 minutes drive. Thank You When coming bach to Lagos, we will stay nowgere else.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with pool

Newly renovated 2 bedroom unit was very clean, spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The large balcony patio provided a great place to sit outside and relax. Very conveniently located next to Praia Dona Ana and a short walk to the boardwalk that takes you all the way to Ponta da Piedade. Close enough and safe to walk to Old Town or the marina area each day. The host was very responsive to our requests during our stay. Would definitely stay again for a future stay.

The beautifully renovated and designed apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen, huge balcony and two bathrooms added to the comfort. The contact with the owner, as well as check-in and check-out were very good. We liked the location of the apartment, directly on the walking path to Ponta da Piedade, a few steps to the beautiful beach, about 10 min walk to the center of Lagos with good restaurants. Another great feature was the large and never crowded pool. What we liked less were some neglected buildings nearby (not the owners fault, obviously) and that the tennis court was closed. The whole Iberlagos complex is slightly aged, but still quite charming!

Marias Condo has it all ! Great location in the Iber Lagos resort. Close to the beaches,easy walk into town,boardwalks going in all directions ! Restaurants just around the corner and the most incredible pool ! The unit itself has 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and the kitchen has it all,well stocked with all your culinary needs . Brand new appliances,dishwasher and washing machine as well .Large deck with early morning sun.Heating A/C units are brand new and work great ! All in all an amazing place to stay while spending time in Lagos!

Excellent apartment! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything we needed. It was great having the balcony. Location was perfect. We visited quite a few places by car so having the garage and parking was really useful. But it was great to come back and have the pool or beach just a short walk away. Was great to be able to walk to local beaches and watch the sunset. Also an easy walk into town for bars and restaurants in the evening. Would highly recommend the apartment to others. Thank you

Spacious Apartment Close to Ocean and Beaches

The apartment is spacious and clean. We liked that it was close to the old town and the central area of Lagos. It is well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy the huge balcony after having a busy day touring around. We enjoyed the walk along the ocean and the beautiful scenery that went with it. The apartment is close to restaurants, grocery shopping and boardwalks. If you aren't planning on leaving Lagos, there isn't a need for a car as you can walk everywhere. The property manager was very attentive to our needs.
