"This is a low rent hotel in an off-the-beaten-track area so high expectations are not appropriate. But it is not unreasonable to expect at least plastic glasses and a bath mat for the slick floor. Everything, however, is tolerable but the bed. Worst bed I've ever encountered in a lot of traveling. Very hard to sleep on it. Hotel staff tried to accommodate.
