"always a great stay! this is my go-to hotel when i stay in julian (which is a few times per year). the beds are a little on the firm side, but i prefer that so works for me! centrally located and walking distance to everything! great friendly service, and very cute and spacious clean rooms. can't wait to stay again! do beware that they charge $10 lot parking, except it's totally not needed as there's plenty of street parking."

The fireplace lent a charming ambiance as well as warmth to our cozy ccabin.The weather broke the next day and provided a gorgeous view of the Lake Cuyamaca and mountains. We enjoyed hiking the forest and walking downtown Julian. A great visit despite the gray weather!"
