"The room was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. One of the biggest highlights was how close it was to the beach. However, it’s worth noting that while the beach is only steps away, you must cross the railroad tracks using a pedestrian bridge. This requires climbing three flights of stairs up and three flights back down. "No fan in master bath, but using window was OK, just had to remember to close it. Also, lots to do when vacating. A few more mugs would be good. Had 3 to 6/night & they all loved it. Good location, that was why it was my first choice."

"Had a great 6 night stay at this property. The place was clean and as advertised. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere, I-5 was close to get to LA or San Diego. Also a short trip to Laguna Beach and the PCH. Host was very helpful and friendly. Zero issues, definitely will keep this property in mind for other visits in the future."
