Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Geräuschdämmung und die in der Tiefgarage befindliche große abschließbare Einzelgarage. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "Klimahaus". Die Wärmedämmung ist so gut, dass sich die Wohnung kaum abkühlt. Die Permanentbelüfung sorgt zwar für etwas Abkühlung aber trotzdem war es in der Wohnung mitunter zu warm."
