"The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The room had old 2 prong ac outlets, the lamp on the desk had no working ports ac or usb. The Internet was inaccessible. The AC unit needed to be reset periodically to keep the room cool. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The courtyard was very well maintained."

"Great staff and beautiful location. My room was big, but could do with renovation. I wish it had A/C because there was a major heat wave going on, something that is exceedingly rare in West Marin. I understand why they don’t have A/C, but I wish there was one during my visit. Would I go there again? Yes."

"As long as one has reasonable expectations I feel it's a fine place to stay. Not super luxurious, but clean and pleasant. We needed a ground floor room (bum leg) and they provided us with one. The coffee / drink machine in the office was nice. The older lady in the office was particularly friendly. The guest washer / dryer was basic but did a decent job, not too expensive. The bike / walking path on the other side of the highway was a pleasant way to get to nearby places (natural grocery was handy). Minor details: There's a roof in front of the Check In area (deck on top of it). It's pretty low, I'm guessing about 7' 6" (229cm)... Didn't see any sign (Google Street View looks like there might've been a sign in the past). If your rig is tall you can still get to the back side around the SE side of the building. The front planters have roses in them (pretty) that have chewed up the window screens with their thorns. Wasn't buggy when we were there but might matter on occasion. Parking was ok, we got one in front of our room. I'd stay there again."

"Great hotel in a fab location, staff were wonderful and Uber helpful. Lil bit shabby around the edges, more attention to the outer areas would solve that. Overall wonderful 2 nights there."

"The property was very modern and clean, but was stark and had a cold almost institutional feeling. There was not one picture on the wall. The bathroom was large but the shower did not work properly and the space was wasted. It felt empty. It was in a good location."

"This place is truly special. The view from the private balcony was amazing!! Staff was extremely helpful when it came to dinner recommendations and reservations. The happy hour and breakfast were delicious. We loved our stay and we will be back."
