I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. "I had a pretty good experience overall, the property managing staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and convenient. Passing the two dogs that sleep in the stairway to get to the flat are not my favorite part of my day, but if you can get over that, it’s a good situation with all the basic necessities you could ever need for a brief stay in delhi. Highly recommend mostly because of the kind and helpful staff and convenience of amenities nearby and in the flat itself."

"The property had majority of the amenities you would need for a short term stay. The location is also good and safe. The only issues we had were that the hot water system was broken so we did not have hot water for 3 days , the elevator stopped working ( once with us in it ). We were also not informed that electricity was not included even thought the listing noted that the rental includes utilities. As we were about to leave the property manager told us we had to pay and the amount for 1 week...
