The staff was amazing and the hotel was super clean our room spacious and we had everything needed including a hot water kettle. The pool was refreshing and nice. Breakfast and views were also nice up on the 8th floor. There is a 7-11 across the street if you want snacks or beer/wine etc. Will need taxi to go to sit down restaurants but not terribly far about a 10-15 min ride.

When I first arrived there was a really strong smell in the hallways through the entrance.

If you need taxi to the airport , you should book hotel taxi the day before . It is very difficult to get taxi early in the morning due to road construction .overall is very good.

Very comfortable and large clean rooms. The best part was how quiet it was.

Great hotel - location location location. You must understand that the hotel is not in the heart of tourism. It is in a local part of town. Fantastic for us. No tuk-tuk's, local prices, etc. We highly recommend this hotel.

This property is more upscale than I expected. The rooftop restaurant is very nice too with panoramic views of Mandalay. I made friends with the owner too, he is a very warm and welcoming gentleman.

Standard one

My purse got left in the taxi. We did Not have a receipt or a drivers name. The gentleman wat the reception desk somehow found the driver and had my bag brought back to the hotel. This was all at 3:00 am. This took the gentleman several hours to arrange this. He would not any gratuity at all! We wee leaving the next morning for a Chiang Mai, so he was a a Godsend! The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport. The suites are huge. The breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.

Staff is very kind, friendly and honest. Air conditioning is quite adequate as well.
