The management were very eager to please and we never have any difficulty with the shuttle but some folk may find it easier to be in town. "Great Hotel!
Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service. Definitely coming back and recommending this hotel. "
