"My family stayed in several rooms here for a mini family reunion and we all had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and went out of their way to help us. My room had a lovely view of the river. We all enjoyed looking at the historical exhibits around the hotel. Red Wing is a cute town too."

"Our stay was nice. The room was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. There was something on the bedspread, I took it down to the front desk, she appologized and got me a different one. When I got back it was on that one as well. I took it back, we decided it had to be something that got in the wash because they'd been washed and looked the same. the last one had it as well, but we just didn't use. We didn't need it. Everything else was fine. Nothing fancey but meets the needs and was a great price."

"Could use a little TLC in the room (caulking around the toilet and around the overflow/faucet in tub) but otherwise the room was very nice. Breakfast was actually better than a lot of places. Not only were there waffles and pastries, but also scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage links. "
