"I will be honest the hotel is a little on the older side, but still very clean and comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. Where I was over impressed and over joyed was what happened after I checked out and got home 3 hours later. I realized that I had forgotten a bag, I called right away in a panic and the receptionist assured me that housekeeping found my purse, the next day the Manager called me, we verified a couple things and after his shift he went to the shipping facility and within a couple days I had my bag back! I was never so impressed by the quick and reassuring response from all the employees at the hotel!!!! Couldn’t have been happier with how they handled my situation. 👍"
