"This was the perfect place to stay over while heading through Arthur’s Pass! It had incredible views and Barrie was a fantastic host. Would highly recommend if you need somewhere to stop over while going through Arthur’s Pass. "

"Entire lodge was spotless and everything was there we needed. Only issue was the noise. And probably this was due to other guests not being considerate. Our bedroom was below TV room. Noise from TV. People dropping things and talking was easily heard. The worse thing was banging doors when guest went in and out. One guest put an object in door entrance to keep door from closing and chatted on mobile ph. It was very noisy when guests opened or closed bedroom doors and lodge entrance doors. Maybe a notice to close doors quietly with handles might help. The noise was the only thing that was not right. Receptionist very welcoming on arrival."
