"Monicas apartment was great. Nice neighborhood and only 2 blocks from downtown. It had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Only negative was being an upstairs apartment meant some quite steep stairs for us two elderly people."

"Great location, beautifully decorated, very clean. We will rent here again."

"We were so pleased with the location and the room was beautiful. The perfect spot to get away."

"It was a nice place to say for a few nights while seeing the area. Thank you for a great memory!"

"A great place to stay when visiting sleeping bear/traverse city. A nice pine forest nearby. Carolyn was genuine and accommodating!"

"Communication with the host was excellent. My check in emails were going into my spam folder, so I didn’t think I was receiving any communications. I contacted the host about access and received quick responses. The apartment is really nice, furnished great and has a super comfy bed. The steep stairs walking up and down from the apartment are a little scary so be sure to grab the hand rail. Location is really good and you have a pretty water view. New appliances and dishes-silverware add to this...

"We enjoyed our stay here with our dogs. It was a great location and we were able to walk downtown to the bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable. "

"We arrived at this location and found an infestation of Spider Webs on both porches we walk up to. I had to knock down 2 large webs to get into apartment .Once inside, had to walk up a long flight of stairs and enter apartment that was extremely hot with no air conditioning on. The one bed was full of dead bugs that died from the heat. We walked out and left within 5 minutes and did. We had to go to a local hotel and Pay 275 for a good night sleep"

"The hot tub hit the spot after being on the water fishing in the cold windy weather all day."
