"No air conditioning and the heater would not turn off. Weather currently is VERY warm and uncomfortable sleeping.
Check in was difficult as the internet was spotty (manager and myself had a hard time getting it to stay connected) but the manager Insisted that I locate an email sent to me to check in online (she was sitting in front of her computer- why make this so difficult!)
