"The staff were very nice, but the property looks like nobody’s cleaned it since it was first built. A/C worked kinda funny, and on the inside it smells of something between old furniture and cigarette smoke. "

"Everything here was great. The only negative thing I will say about the property, is that there is a pushy/borderline rude gentleman that works there - I think his title was concierge. That may be incorrect. Anyway, after checking in, you are sent to a desk across from check in to get your parking pass. The guy I am speaking of above, tells me, he can't believe what he's seeing but that Hilton credited my account and is misleading me into thinking I got reimbursed for my room. I was asking him what he was talking about and he was getting frustrated with me and told me to wait a minute. In the end, if was a sales tactic of him trying to convince me to sit for a time share meeting that I had no interest in doing. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Meanwhile my husband and child are in the car wondering what's taking me so long to check in, while I'm trying to convince the guy to let me have my parking pass so that I can go on with my evening. Meanwhile, he's arguing with me, embarrassing me somewhat with his tone, making me feel like an idiot because I don't want to listen to the vacation club time share."

"We did not have breakfast, AC & everything work. Hard time opening door however it was a good stay. Front desk service excellent though no smile. Due to slippery floor vinal mat my husband fell. Thanks God no broken bones just mild tail bone pain. Suggest: 1. install anti slippery mat and bar Handel to step in/out of the bathtub. 2. cleaning floor corners, base boards and touch up to maintain the whole complex clean and in good appearance. 3. Notice washer door on 3rd floor rusted. Pain door with rust resistance paint and in addition build pony wall to protect them from weather. Hope the entrance someday will be more appealing. Thank you"

"The house was great. Very pet friendly. The only issues we had was the parking. Because there was no assignments for parking, when we got in late from the theme parks the spots near the house were taken. We ended up parking a few blocks over."

"Workers were cool and laid back. Very helpful as we. The iron was annoying to use and the shower was a little weird with the faucet system but that’s me nitpicking. I had to take a little longer for checkout and the crew was understanding. No real complaints. Great price. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Would come back!"

"The pool/hottub combo was a hit. The pool was plenty large for all to swim. I had 16 people and we all had our own space! It was a good location, as we could walk to the resort pool and it wasn’t too far."

"This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in."
