"The staff was very friendly, family run operation. Don’t judge by the outside, the rooms are very clean, a little dated but the bed was very comfortable- no problems falling asleep. Plenty of shopping plazas on the highway but the highlight is downtown Clermont about 25 minutes away."

"An amazing property. The entire house was extremely clean, rooms were all large and the decorating was amazing ....tasteful Disney decor all over! The host was very proactive and friendly. Of all the places we've stayed around Disney this is the only place we will stay at again and recommend without hesitation to friends and family. An easy drive to the Disney parks and tons of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. "

"THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in."

"The property exceeded our expectations. There was communication with the host and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to navigate for a seamless stay. It was a quiet location close enough to the major parks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Florida. The decor was clean and modern, felt like home away from home. "

"Booked a room with the stay protection plan. Ended up having to cancel a few days before arrival. Hotel wouldn’t give me a single penny of my money back stating it was a non refundable purchase. (Even though I paid for stay protection). Told me it wasn’t their doing and to check with hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com told me that this wasn’t their doing and that I need to check with the hotel. Both just pinning it on each other while I wasted a few hundred dollars. Beware of booking this hotel and beware of a deceptive “stay protection plan.” "
