"Could be cleaner floors were dirty, had a terrible smell in hallways and on linen."

"They close the main pool early (before 7) so forget about going swimming after dinner. The other four pools they misrepresent are at least a 10 minute walk, more if you have a toddler. Driving there is a nightmare. It took one hour to go 6 miles. The entire evening was a waste and a disaster, the kids were disappointed. We will never stay there again."

"We just returned from six nights at this hotel and had a great time! The kids loved the waterpark and the pools. There are many restaurants and stores in the area which was convenient. Our room was new and clean and had everything we needed! It was great having laundry in the room as well as a full kitchen. It does seem as though the walls are paper thin, as you could hear everything, but we always travel with a white noise machine and that helped. We would definitely come back again :) "

"We had a wonderful stay at this location! The kids especially loved the themed rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was a little tough, but manageable. The host was very prompt and courteous with her responses. "

"It was a solid average hotel. Clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, which was pretty limited, except for some fruit and coffee. The coffee was fine. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The area seemed safe and had stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. A good value and would stay again."

"Host was very fast to respond when we arrived stating how to get into the gate and the condo, however he gave us a gate code and the gate worker stated they have not had codes in quite a while. You actually have to get a key card at the gate when you arrive. Condo was clean but didn't have any barstools. We stay in this resort every year and we always sit at the huge bar so we were disappointed this specific condo did not have any barstools. The beds were comfortable. The dryer didn't really work. You had to dry clothes at least 4 times to get them dry. Limited wash cloths but we did have enough towels. The A/C broke the day before check out. The host did not respond until hours later due to a different time zone which meant he didn't have time to fix it. I totally understand but I feel someone should be onsite ir close due to the florida heat. He refused to refund the night we had no A/C which was disappointing. Thermostat was reading 85 and was just miserable. Neighbors too loud with windows open so we didn't sleep and were dripping sweat trying to pack the next morning. Things that need attention but didn't really bother us were a broken blind in sliding door, wall paper is hanging off the wall upstairs, very low water pressure in main master bathroom, broken lamp in master bedroom and a broken ice maker. You will need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The door lock was very hard to deal with. Used google and host to figure it out. Bring tubes for lazy river! "

"The pool/hottub combo was a hit. The pool was plenty large for all to swim. I had 16 people and we all had our own space! It was a good location, as we could walk to the resort pool and it wasn’t too far."

"This place was great and a good value. It definitely needs updating. The couch and cushions feel dirty and worn. The bedding in one of the bedrooms is worn and cheap. This place could use some freshening up but the community was nice and the location was great. "
