The phone also did not work, so the manager had to bring in a new one. The manager contacted IHG technical support to resolve the issue. During the process, he asked me to call technical support myself, which made it seem as though I was responsible for fixing the problem. Eventually, the cable service was restored. What surprised me most was that the manager did not apologize at all for the inconvenience I experienced over nearly three hours, as they had to address the same issue in both rooms I was assigned. I was unable to do anything but wait while this was being resolved, even though I needed to prepare for a meeting the next day. It has been weeks since my stay, and I still find it difficult to believe that even a simple apology was not offered, when that was all that was needed."

"The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again."
