"Room was clean and shower was awesome There was no breakfast but the coffee bar kiosk was handy. Air was cool and efficient Cons We bought a suite and I thought it would be worth it however the couch was a low quality slightly unclean uncomfortable thing Coffee should be a pod type maker with cups and not the weird plastic tray in a tiny machine that no one uses I understand you may want to sell the coffee in the lobby but how about including one trip to that coffee bar gratis with the room then you don’t even need that weird plastic set up in the room itself"

"Great hotel. Second time there. There were several flaws. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. Luggage took almost 45 mins to be sent. Breakfast took an hour to be served... sounds like short-staffing to me... Other than that, great place. They did provide a little credit, which showed they cared. Service was very good overall. "

"There were renovations going on so better signage for rest rooms would have been helpful. When I got ready to check out there was parking on my bill and I said I did not use parking. They deleted one day, I said I was there 3 nights there should be no parking. They said they would handle. Only 2 days was credited and I did not see this until I returned home next day, so one day still not credited. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt like mattress was a rock or at least slept on for so long that it was so compacted. Room was spacious and loved shower, suggest better non-slippery surface for seniors that are concerned about falls. No I did not request a handicap accessible room; but this seems like common sense. Restaurant staff very friendly as was housekeeping. Would stay again as accessibility to freeway was easy and great parking ( my daughter used)."
