"We stayed in the main converted house. The room was very cool with antique furnishings, a very comfy bed, and a nice balcony with a nice beach view. The one thing that needs improvement is that the old hardwood floor needs to be stripped and refinished badly. The ancient finish has become sticky and quickly soils bare feet. However, this did not hamper our enjoyment."

I the floor plans were lifted from the floor. Every time I walked I felt the floor planks move up and down. Parking was excellent. Staff were somewhat welcoming. I would not rebook or stay a night at the Blue Spring Inn in Orange City Florida. "

"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."
