Large walk in shower and separate jet tub to soak and relax for your private time away from home. Located approximately 8 minutes to the Lake and just a couple blocks from the open desert, nearby golf and downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops and the local pizza joint! Our home also includes a fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals., as well as full size Washer/Dryer, high speed internet, Smart TV. Hot Tub is heated 24/7 at no charge and the home now includes a large game room with full size games!

Outside quiet hours between the hours of 10PM and 7am
No unattended minors in hot tub. All guests to shower prior to entering hot tub. Dirty hot tub results in $100 drain/clean fee.
Lost remotes (tv/garage) will incur a $100 fee. Additional day guests not allowed without host approval. Additional guests beyond max are $100 each.
